Safety Requirements

For everyone’s safety, all participants must be able to maintain stable footing in the water. Please note that carrying children may be difficult.

Participants should be able to float independently, stand comfortably, and be at least 3.5 feet tall so the equipment fits properly and safely.

Children over 5’3” (160 cm) who are comfortable and capable swimmers may participate independently with parental consent.

For the best experience and safety, participants should be confident in the water and able to follow all safety instructions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are acceptable prior to 24 hours of experience.

Your video clips and pictures might be used for social media or website, unless told not to. Honestly 95% of videos and pictures people are not recognizable due to masks, underwater, distance etc.
